Each Creative is produced exclusively based on the information, content, specifications, and instructions provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
All Creatives are created specifically for the individual order and are not mass-produced products.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all information submitted by you is complete, accurate, and up to date.

Go Invite reproduces the information exactly as provided by the customer and is under no obligation to independently verify its accuracy.
The customer is solely responsible for reviewing all submitted information before placing the order. Go Invite shall not be liable for any errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
All prices displayed on the Website or communicated to you are stated in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.
Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), shall be charged wherever required under applicable law.
Payment must be received in full before work on any order commences unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Completed Creatives shall be delivered electronically through the method agreed at the time of purchase, including but not limited to email, messaging platforms, cloud storage links, or downloadable files.
Delivery shall be deemed complete once the Creative has been transmitted to the email address, phone number, or digital platform provided by the customer.
Due to the customized nature of our Services, all payments are final.
No refunds, whether partial or full, shall be provided under any circumstances after an order has been placed.
Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, it cannot be cancelled.
Once the final Creative has been delivered to the customer, no revisions, redesigns, edits, alterations, or modifications shall be provided.
The only exception to the above policy is where Go Invite has made a spelling or typographical error while reproducing the exact content supplied by the customer.

Upon receipt of full payment, the customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial licence to use the delivered Creative solely for the event or purpose for which it was created.

By submitting such materials, the customer represents and warrants that:
The customer grants Go Invite a limited licence to use such materials solely for providing the requested Services.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Go Invite against any claims arising from the content supplied by the customer.
The customer agrees not to use the Website or Services for any unlawful purpose or to create content that:
